Ingredients -

5 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar 2 Teaspoons Light Soy Sauce 1 Teaspoon Sugar 3 Drops Sesame Oil 1/8 Teaspoon Freshly Ground White Pepper, (or to taste)

Preparation:

1. Mix together all of the ingredients, in a small bowl. 2. Serve over salad.
