Asian Vianigrette
Ingredients - |
5 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar 2 Teaspoons Light Soy Sauce 1 Teaspoon Sugar 3 Drops Sesame Oil 1/8 Teaspoon Freshly Ground White Pepper, (or to taste) |
Preparation: |
1. Mix together all of the ingredients, in a small bowl. 2. Serve over salad. |

Today is 27.6.2010. Tomorrow is 28.And we have a special Buffet for our Management QNH ( Qatar National Hotels ) My Chef told me that he need Beautiful Zushi to put in Buffet and he ask me to make Zushi for tomorrow. As a chef who want to improve my career and a humankind who love challenging, I try my best for my chef. Because he believe in me that I can make them for him. Because he give me energy, courage innovation, I am not afraid to make it. I am not so busy today because everything was done in the afternoon. My Mis En Plus was done and OK for tomorrow. So only thing is left for me to make. It is Zushi or Sushi. Even though I am not a Japanese chef; But nobody can say that I can not make Japanese food as I have burning desire to make it. I make them slowly and take care in rolling the Seaweeds, and think about to invent new design which properly can attract my VIP Guests.By thinking, re making , It take me one hour to finish zushi to get enough for Tomorrow. On finishing them all and clear my working place,means clean as you go that we always say in the Kitchen.I am very happy that I can make Zushi(Sushi) beautifully and smoothly which my inventory ideas. I will try more and more for my career. Thank you chef for believe me and give me a chance to grow.

Basic French Vinaigrette
Basic Vinaigrette or Normal French Vinaigrette? It is up to you what you will name it. It is easy to make them___All Vinaigrette. So now...shall we talking about Making the basic French Vinaigrette as I told. OK....
Ingredients are:
2 spoon of finely chopped Onion pickle ( Cocktail Onion)
2 spoon of Finely chopped Gherkin
750ml of Olive Oil
250ml of Lemon Juice
Salt 1/2 spoon
pepper 1/2 spoon as well.
Method:
Put lemon juice with salt and pepper first in the blender to resorted the salt.On the blender and then Gherkin and Onion pickle in the blender. Then pour the oil in to the working blender little by little until it finish all.

Classic Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
6 ounce can water-packed tuna, drained
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp drained capers ( optional )
1 tbsp minced fresh parsley ( optional )
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
salt
ground black pepper
Directions:
Flake the tuna into a medium bowl then stir in the remaining ingredients, salting and peppering to taste.
Refrigerate the salad until cold before serving.
Enjoy.......the Salad

OK........Being a Saivinaigrette, I try my best to be a good one making Vinaigrette or dressing in English.

For this apple vinaigrette, dressing you will need the following ingredients:
* 1/2 cup parsley, chopped finely
* 1/4 cup cider vinegar
* 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
* 1/4 cup apple juice
* 3 basil leaves, freshly picked
* 1 teaspoon honey
* 3/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
* 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

How to Make Blueberry Vinaigrette
Vinaigrette is one of many delightful uses for sweet and tangy blueberries. Blueberry vinaigrette has a piquant flavor and is especially delicious on spring greens, grilled chicken, and even grilled or roasted asparagus. Make a blueberry vinaigrette to add a lovely purple splash of color to any dish.
Tangy Blueberry Vinaigrette
Step 1
Sauté the shallots and garlic in the olive oil, and allow to cool for a few minutes.

Mix in all of the remaining ingredients except the blueberries. When the mixture is smooth, add the blueberries.

Place the mixture in a blender or food processor and pulse it several times, just until the blueberries are blended.
